The Story of Rosarda
The Rosé beer-style was first launched on the Continent during the summer of 2004 and since then has become very popular, particularly in the Netherlands, where just over one third of Rosé beer drinkers are male.

It is the natural rosé colour that gives rise to the Rosarda brand name, because, of course, “Rosada” is the Spanish word for “pink”.
Rosarda Rosé is a new generation beer that meets that widespread demand for “fruity” tasting drinks. It offers the kind of easy-drinking accessibility that appeals to people who normally don’t choose to drink beer due to the hoppy, bitter taste. And wine drinkers show a real interest in its unusual presentation and wine-like positioning. Like rosé wine, it carries connotations of a relaxed Mediterranean life-style.
In a way, Rosé beer is going back to the traditional brewing roots of beer. Because in the Middle Ages, before hops were widely adopted, beers were often flavoured with fruits.
